岗位职责：
1.配合行政人事经理,根据公司战略发展需要,搭建招聘管理体系,制定相应的人才配置和实施计划并组织实施；
2.协助制定和执行人才招聘策略,与各部门沟通协调,确保招聘质量和效率；
3.协助建立和完善人才激励机制,包括薪酬福利、绩效考核、晋升通道等；
4.协助起草、修改和完善人力资源相关的管理制度和工作流程；
5.组织和实施员工关系活动,包括员工沟通、员工满意度调查、员工关怀、员工活动等；
6.善于沟通,乐于协作。
任职要求：
1、 本科及以上学历,人力资源、工商管理等相关专业；
2、 5年以上人力资源管理工作经验,有招聘与员工关系实战经验；有良好的公文写作能力,熟悉人事工作流程；
3、 做事认真仔细,独立处理事务能力强,有良好的沟通及协调能力,团队意识强；
4、 熟悉劳动人事法律法规及人力资源管理知识；
5、 具备良好的情绪管理能力及抗压力,有很好的敏感性、判断力和处理紧急问题的能力。
