海外审计师

职位描述:
1．根据年度审计计划协助海外审计负责人开展海外审计工作；
Assist overseas internal audit leader to carry out and conduct overseas audit work based on annual audit plan;
2．协助海外审计负责人完成审计方案设计、数据分析、工作底稿,协调资源完成各项项目审计任务；
Assist overseas audit leader to complete design tasks e.g. audit plan, data analysis, and working papers; and coordinate resources and multiple departments to complete audit projects;
3．协助海外审计负责人与海外被审计单位沟通审计发现,确认事实,披露违规操作或内控缺失,分析问题成因,确定系统整改方案,跟进落实整改措施直至关闭；
Assist overseas audit leader to communicate audit findings with overseas local management, confirm facts, disclose illegal operation or internal control deficiencies, analyze the cause of the problem, determine the system rectification plan, and follow up the implementation of the rectification measures until the closure;
4．参与内审部门内部管理,评估海外公司不同业务领域内控机制的完整性,协同修订完善流程管理缺陷；
Participate in internal management of IA department, evaluate integrity of internal control mechanism in different business units and functions of overseas companies, and coordinate to revise and upgrade process management defects;
5．完成海外审计负责人或部门主管临时交办的其它审计工作。
Complete other audit tasks temporarily assigned by overseas audit leader or IA department head.
任职要求：
1.本科及以上学历,审计、财务、法律等相关专业；
Bachelor degree or above, major in audit, finance, law, etc;
2.有大型制造型企业内部审计至少2年以上工作经验,或国际四大会计师事务所至少3年以上工作经验；有SOX审计经验优先考虑；
Minimum 2 years of internal audit experience gained in large manufactuing enterprises, or minimum 3 years of internal audit experience gained in 'Big Four' CPA firms; Prior experience in SOX assignments is an advantage;
3.有光伏或新能源行业审计经验优先考虑；有海外审计经验优先考虑；
Audit experience in photovoltaic or new energy industry is preferred; Overseas audit experience is preferred;
4.具有较强的英语能力,能独立出具中英文审计报告；具有较强的数据分析,沟通协调能力,能熟练使用OFFICE办公软件,适应公司不定时出差工作需求；
Strong English ability is required, and be able to issue internal audit reports with Chinese and English versions independently; Strong ability of data analysis, communication and coordination, be able to use OFFICE software, and adapt to needs of irregular overseas business travel;
5.具有较强的人际交往能力与团队协作精神,良好的沟通与解决问题能力；
Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork spirit, excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
6.持有CIA或CPA证书。
