• Work with design institutions for new project evaluation and initial design
• Acting as Owner’s Representative, operate as the project’s single point of contact for all technical communications
• Supervise and mange the Owner’s Engineer and external supervision company’s service for project construction management with routine reports
• Present project progress, key findings and recommendations to company
• Track project key performance indicators (schedule, quality, scope) and provide inputs/corrective action to ensure progress is according to plan
• Offer technical and commercial solutions to local contractors performing project construction works based on Symbior’s technical requirements and industry best practices
• Responsible for the EHS compliance and respective reporting
• Manage the commissioning and acceptance of the solar power plant with contractor and Owner’ Engineer
• Support O&M team for project delivery
• Frequent travel in China and the region is expected
• Others tasks allocated by China General Manager

Requirements:
• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in engineering, construction management, Electricity or related field required
• Minimum of 1 years’ experience managing development and/or construction of PV solar projects or related fields
• Familiar with grid-connection design and procedure
• Demonstrated excellence in effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills and the necessary skills to interface with local representatives, clients, vendors, contractors and subcontractors and other project stakeholders
• Written and spoken fluency in English; strong writing skills required
• Excellent skills in MS Project, Pvysyst, AutoCAD, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word
